Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Integration
Integration with PayMode enables a seamless and secure digital interaction between your company’s financial systems and PayMode. Integration enables your company to make and receive electronic payments while continuing to work with existing systems and within your established payment process.

For payables integration, the process generally consists of a minor one-time system configuration that generates a PayMode payment file during your company’s regular payment processing. And for receivables integration, no system configuration is required. Moreover, this work is completed in just a few days with little or no use of your company’s internal technology resources. Whether you are running SAP™, Oracle®, PeopleSoft®, Great Plains®, JD Edwards®, QuickBooks® or any financial system or software, integration with PayMode makes electronic payments the rule rather than the exception.

Accelerated Enrollment Program
Fleet's Accelerated Enrollment Program makes it possible for your company to begin making or receiving electronic payments to and from your suppliers or business customers — quickly and without business disruptions. The Accelerated Enrollment Program has shown to achieve its greatest success in the first 180 days, but continues for a period of up to 24 months.

First, we work with you to jointly analyze your list of suppliers and customers and select those that return the greatest benefit in the least amount of time, once enrolled in PayMode. Key data elements such as the number, frequency and value of payments are considered while analyzing the list.

Based on the results of the analysis, Fleet next initiates a multi-phase direct marketing outreach program informing your suppliers or customers of your implementation of PayMode, while highlighting key product information and benefits:
Phase I involves contacting your most important or strategic suppliers or customers by mail and telephone.
In Phase II, Fleet mails informational packets, supported by telesales, directly to your company’s high-value suppliers or customers.
In Phase III, Fleet's experienced telesales professionals prioritize and contact active suppliers or customers on your list using a variety of methodologies that fit your needs.

We coordinate the entire process and secure your approval for all communication materials, telesales scripts, follow-ups and other activities.

Getting Started
Fleet begins by conducting and documenting a detailed business process review. This creates an understanding of your company’s unique technical requirements and business rules, and enables us to map PayMode to your existing process. We also work with you to analyze the information needed to design the Accelerated Enrollment Program to your specifications.

In addition, Fleet provides your company’s PayMode users with on-site training and, for your convenience, we provide full-time, live customer support at both the account and transaction levels.

Fleet also makes available, upon request, additional services that can assist you in getting the most efficiency from your payables and receivables process. We can offer recommendations on process improvement as well as complete integrations with other systems where remittance information resides, or with the systems of your key suppliers or customers.
