9, 2002—TAC Worldwide, one of the world’s largest
full-service providers of technical, information technology,
engineering and call center staffing has successfully implemented
PayMode®, the only bank-neutral, electronic payment
service into its core business process. TAC has been using
PayMode to initiate and send electronic payments and remittance
information securely to third-party staffing agency suppliers,
as well as corporate vendors. By streamlining its high
volume of payments to third-party agencies with PayMode,
TAC has strengthened its competitive advantage by delivering
a high and consistent level of service to corporate customers.
PayMode
stands in contrast to TAC’s previous paper-based
payments process. PayMode has been integrated into TAC’s
existing Oracle Financials system, allowing TAC to migrate
to electronic payments within its current systems environment.
The integration required only three staff-days to complete
while accommodating TAC’s internal IT schedule. The
Oracle integration occurred without necessitating changes
to TAC’s payment workflow or IT infrastructure, avoiding
both disruptions to TAC’s operations as well as
requirements for additional systems investment.
