Fleet is committed to our clients' success and satisfaction. Once enrolled in PayMode®, you become part of the PayMode network of vendors and suppliers. And to ensure your vendors and suppliers are part of the network, we offer our proven Accelerated Enrollment Program. This way, your company realizes the full benefits of electronic payments — cost savings, stronger relationships with suppliers and customers, and better cash control — quickly and easily.

What is the Accelerated Enrollment Program?
Fleet's Accelerated Enrollment Program is a set of customizable marketing activities that we undertake on your company's behalf to enroll your suppliers, vendors and/or business customers in PayMode. The Accelerated Enrollment Program is designed to fit your particular needs and preferences and to accommodate the nuances of your supplier or customer relationships. Moreover, the program is designed to minimize the time and effort spent enrolling your suppliers and customers. The Accelerated Enrollment Program has been shown to produce its greatest success in the first 180 days; however, the program is continued for up to 24 months following your company’s enrollment.

When does the program commence?
Immediately. While your company is enrolling in PayMode, the Accelerated Enrollment team works with you to begin the process.

How does the program work?
Fleet works with you to jointly analyze your list of suppliers and customers to select those that will return the greatest benefit to you in the least amount of time once enrolled in PayMode.

Key data elements such as the number, frequency and value of payments are considered while analyzing the list. This analysis yields a segmentation that allows us to craft a multi-phase marketing campaign on your behalf.

Phase I: Strategic Partner Outreach
The Accellerated Enrollment Team works with you to contact your company’s most important and strategic suppliers and/or customers on your list. This is done by making direct phone calls to key contacts. To support this effort, Fleet can develop telephone scripts, webinar presentations, and provide staff to carry out the program. The goals of Phase I are to inform your key suppliers and/or customers of your decision to implement PayMode, emphasize PayMode’s benefits, answer questions, view an online PayMode demo, and ultimately, enroll in PayMode online.

Phase II: High-Value Outreach
We email informational packets, supported by telesales, directly to your company’s high-value suppliers or customers.
A letter, on your company’s letterhead, announcing that PayMode is your preferred means of making and/or receiving payments. This letter will ask the recipient to either call a PayMode representative or go to a special Web site where a PayMode demo is available for viewing.
A press release announcing your company has chosen PayMode for business-to-business payments.
A PayMode brochure highlighting the benefits and features.
Follow-up telephone calls to select contacts on the list that do not respond to the letter. Repeat contacts during this stage will incorporate a variety of marketing techniques based on the importance of these suppliers or customers to you.

Phase III: Active Network Outreach
Experienced PayMode telesales professionals prioritize and contact active vendors on your list using a variety of methodologies. The PayMode's telesales team is ready to make and receive phone calls from 8am to 5pm (E.T.) Monday through Friday.

Fleet's goal is to manage supplier and customer enrollment efficiently while ensuring the utmost respect for your relationships. Throughout the process, an Accelerated Enrollment Program Project Manager will act as your central point of contact and will provide frequent updates on the program's progress.
